Mr. Akhil Dwarkani
Mr. Akhil Dwarkani’s journey is a testament to perseverance, vision, and the power of humble beginnings. Raised in the small town of Arang, he moved to Raipur to pursue his studies and went on to graduate from NIT with a degree in Electrical Engineering. He began his professional career at Sarda Energy as an Electrical Engineer, but his entrepreneurial spirit soon led him to seek something greater. In 1994, he moved to Rajula, Gujarat, where he laid the foundation of his business journey. After graduating from the prestigious Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University, our CEO decided to come back home & join the family business in 2018. For him, it wasn’t just about continuing a legacy — it was about creating something that could truly make a difference in people’s lives with a clear purpose — to build something meaningful and lasting. A firm believer in values, culture, and relationships, he brings determination, clarity, and integrity to everything he does.
Rooted deeply in his family traditions and raised in a joint family, he understands the strength of togetherness and carries those values into the business. One of his core motivations for joining the family business was to generate employment for the people around him, uplift local communities, and create a business that gives back.
His vision is to build a lending company that puts people first — where customers feel heard and supported, and employees feel valued and empowered.
